Hi sorry there isn't enough information there to advise
Possibilities include urticaria which sounds the most likely, eczema, notalgia paraesthetica amongst others. If you look these up on dermnz or webmd and see if any of these fit otherwise your GP is the next port of call

There are many potential causes including fungal infections, psoriasis, eczema and less common things like brachoradial pruritus. Ask your GP if he can refer you to a dermatologist

The most important thing is to avoid repeated scratching or rubbing. A GP or dermatologist wound need to see you to diagnose if that is roscaea . If so there are some creams which help with redness. intense pulsed light or pulsed dye laser might be needed

There is no strong evidence supporting the use of any particular natural treatment. Some people have found tea trea oil or azeleic acid to help with papular pustular rosacea
