Re: Unusual bites ongoing
It could well be an allergic reaction to insect bites or some kind of plant. Plants can cause such a skin reaction. Were you near any unusual plants or flowers? You did the right thing by hoovering your mattress and the suchlike. I'm afraid it does sound like an allergic reaction to a plant. I reall...

Re: How to Manage Anxiety Caused By The Pandemic?
Agreed Latrice Sang. Being healthy will reduce our chances of getting sick. And if we do get sick, we'll be more likely to recover. But my heart breaks for every life lost. I just have no other words to describe the pain.

Re: How to Manage Anxiety Caused By The Pandemic?
By being careful and following the steps given by the government. Also using common sense. I do NOT want to get sick. I would also advise others take the advice experts have given.
This pandemic won't last forever, but we ALL need to be super-careful.

Re: Best Tips to Reduce Depression and Anxiety
Looking after oneself when suffering depression and anxiety is important. Because if the person can reduce their suffering, then they will be able to tackle and control the depression. Having nice baths, going out for a walk in the sunshine, listening to a fun pop song may help in the short-term. Lo...

Re: Meat
Food allergies can result in red, blotchy skin. The only way to treat it is to avoid the food that triggers that reaction. My close friend is allergic to prawns: if she eats them, her face also goes red and blotchy. There is no known treatment for such allergies. Again, the only way to stop a reacti...

Re: eczema and itchy eyes
I'd follow TalkHealth's advice. Having eczema and itchy eyes is horrible. You will need appropriate creams to treat your skin condition. Your pharmacist will be able to assist you in choosing a cream. Once your skin is relieved of its itching, your eyes should clear up. You also perhaps could get ey...

Re: Mysterious lines on forehead
If you're not in pain and your skin is not sore, you needn't worry too much. But I know you are worried [hence your post]. They could just be fine lines. As long as they are not sore or red, you'll be OK. Plus, do check your circulation: if they are veins, you need to be aware of how they feel. Beca...

Re: After 25+ years of psoriasis my skin is clear
I never would've thought of using injections to treat psoriasis, but that is a really good suggestion. It is something anyone suffering the condition research. Skin conditions ARE possible to treat, so anyone with a skin condition, don't give up: keep pushing your doctor into treating you. And do al...

Re: Bereavement
The paradox is, the more you run from your pain, the more pain you feel. You simply can't run away from your feelings. Bereavement is utterly devastating. There is no getting around it or hiding from it. I know the pain of losing loved ones and dear friends. I shall never forget those people. They m...
