Using natural skin treatments may well work at reducing acne scars. Give them a go!

Re: Acne on my chin

Dermalmd sounds like a skin product worth trying. I am by no means an expert, but it sounds like your best shot.

Re: Need cream suggestions

Zerobase. It's a skincare winner. I've used it on my sore hands: and it heals the skin. I can't use any other cream on my hands: even Nivea flares them up. Zerobase is a miracle cream: but it's expensive. We're talking a good £10 per bottle. It is large, though and lasts ages. Go to your local chemi...

Re: How do you manage your everyday pain? Any pain relief?

You're right, DaviesBrown: I'd follow your advice. 1. Gentle exercise will keep the joints supple and make movement easier. 2. Therapy does heal the mind and will make handling pain easier to deal with [I am assuming you're referring to mind therapy]. 3. Massage does ease the joints and muscles and ...

Re: How to keep up good mental health!

For me, I try to stay positive. I try to get up in the morning, follow a normal routine. I have my computer work and my writing to keep me occupied. I shall be attending a day group and starting a volunteer job: just every day living to keep me sane. Because if you are always alone, thoughts creep u...

Re: What Do I Say To A Friend With Anxiety?

If you have a friend who is going through a difficult time, she stopped texting me back and is not interested when I suggest a coffee date. Her mom tells me that there are days that she doesn't want to get out of bed and would always cry. I was thinking that maybe she has anxiety or she is depresse...

Re: Does diabetes affects the eyes ?

Do also realize you need enough sleep to protect your eyes and your eyesight. I won't go without sleep for the above reason. The eyes ARE also affected by diabetes: as already stated. You're right to worry about your eyes. If you're still unsure about your eye health, seek the help of an optician: t...

Re: How can I increase my weight

ONLY put on weight if you're too skinny. I know that sounds obvious, but if you're a normal weight for your height and build, why put on weight?

And do bulk up your muscles instead of your body fat. Do muscle building exercises.

Good luck!

Re: Benefits of Drug Rehabs

Your reply makes sense, stefydoe, and I am glad my reply was appreciated. Drug addiction is extremely common: even the rich suffer such addictions. Not always regular medication, but illegal drugs, too. So anyone thinking they're alone with their struggles are wrong: you're NOT alone if you're addic...
