Natural remedies
I have osteo arthritis in my hands and feet but take nothing for it. Can you recommend any natural remedies as l don’t want steroids. I have an hiatus hernia so anti inflammatories are a no go. Carole

Preventing/slowing the onset of arthritis
I've just had a knee arthroscopy and the consultant has said that I'm showing signs of the pre-cursors to arthritis. Are there any supplements I should be taking to help prevent or slow the onset? Claire

Thank you for your response Ed and Tracy. I have visited my GP and I'm currently waiting for my referral for an osteopathic consultation. In the meantime I have been doing exercises morning and night to control the pain

I'm in the early stages right and I've been advised to take ibuprofen while I’m waiting for my referral to see a consultant rheumatologist. How quickly can this deteriorate? I feel like this gets worse every day.
