Hydradentitis Supporativa
I have HS (Hydradentitis Supporativa) It took almost 15 years do get it diagnosed. Is it too late for me to heal the psychological impact of this? It has ruined most of my 20’s and 30’s and now I’m finding it difficult to move forward.

Skin flare ups seemingly caused by stress
Hello, My son 18-year-old son, Jack had eczema as a baby and was subsequently diagnosed by the doctor (from a photograph during the first Covid-19 lock-down) with psoriasis. I always try to ensure that Jack is careful about what he uses on his skin and generally Jack now only has skin flare ups when...

Skin picking
I have previously suffered from severe eczema in the past which thankfully seems to have improved over the years... however, I realised that in the last year, I had started skin picking. I didn't realise until my husband mentioned it and now I feel totally ashamed as I can't stop doing it. I am now ...

Dark Marks on Face
I know with older age we get dark marks, especially on our faces. I accept that but feel that my face is dirty. Is there anything you can advise me to use please perhaps to cover these ugly things up or reduce their appearance?
Thank you very much. Gloria.

Psoriasis and depression
Hello - I have had psoriasis for a number of years - initially it was very bad and I was covered all over. I had never heard of it before until I was diagnosed. After hospital treatment, it seemed to go away and then slowly crept back over the years with a few spots here and there. However, over the...

Size of prostate and potential cancer risk
I am a 71 year old male who experienced problems with urinating for a few years. I eventually went to the doctor about 6 years ago and he did a couple of checks and said that I had an enlarged prostate and sent me to the local hospital. The consultant there did a few further checks and found my PSA ...
