No need to worry, OCD can be cure easily without taking any medicines, do not take medicines they have side effects. Better to see a psychologist to treat OCD with hypnosis, this therapy can leads to overcome your problem.

Yes anxiety can surely cause insomnia, when you are stressed and depressed your mind is not relaxed and calm you have negative thoughts always in your mind that cause to sleep disorder may be you feel like sleepy always or it cause insomnia. Hypnotherapist can help you out to overcome anxiety

do not feel alone your family and friends are always with you to support you. I think you are depressed because of your parents separation, go and meet your dad you will feel better. psychologist can better help you out from this state of affairs.

Hi GrahamB8, I can understand your problem because I have also gone through with the same condition...but now I am relieved............I had some sittings of hypnotherapy with my psychologist and try some meditation it really works on me...If your really get tired of your sleep disorder then consult...

Try out hypnosis if you have sleep disorder it works amazingly, one of friends have the same problem as you have but nowt with hypnotherapy session he is relaxed and sorted....... :geek:
