Re: The Rise Of Natural Remedies For Natural Herbs For Hair Growth

The old ways are very popular in modern times. Ancient people didn't have the chemicals in medicine, science and beauty products they do today. That is why so many cosmetic brands are using herbal science to enhance their products. There are many natural products that don't harm the environment from...

Re: How To Fight Stress

This is incredible science. Also: it isn't wise to use alcohol - or even cigarettes and drugs - to deal with stress. These will worsen stress effects within the body. Plus, alcohol dehydrates the body and increases stress. The old "sip a glass of brandy" to deal with shock isn't a wise one...

Re: codiene addiction caused ED

Your wife deserves to read the post you've written on this website: that will open her eyes. Honesty is your only choice in this situation. Get her to read your Internet post. I know it's humiliating, but you've got to. You are not a failure for not "getting it up" as the saying goes. It i...

Re: Unbearable Eczema!

Hello, What really helped me was warm (not hot!) baths in Dermaveen bath and shower oil. Sitting in a bath helped my skin calm down, specifically when I had broken and dry skin. For the redness I can recommend using cooling creams or oils you would usually put on a sunburn. It helps cool down the r...

Re: Natural Allergy Remedies

I suffered terrible hayfever as a child: my eyes would run and be itchy. If grass got onto my skin I'd get hives. I'd be sneezing and blowing my nose: it was horrendous. As an adult I don't have these problems, which is very strange. I haven't had hayfever for years. The science behind allergens is ...

Re: Benefits of Meditation

The question is though: how do you meditate? Personally, I close my eyes and feel white light from the centre of my brain to my arms. The energy is very relaxing but not everyone is able to feel that energy. Still, relaxing one's muscles and closing your eyes to calm your body down, does help. But b...

Re: Waking with stomach pain.

Your stomach might hurt when you get up in the first part of the day because of heartburn, IBS, IBD, blockage, indigestion, GERD, a food sensitivity, pancreatitis, a peptic ulcer, period torment, gastritis, diverticulitis, or gallstones. Address a specialist on the off chance that the agony doesn't...

Re: How to Reduce weight

I just avoid junk food and don't eat sugar-ladden foods. I also try not to snack. I DO have a little chocolate but I don't always eat biscuits and only have dessert once or twice a week. Crisps are also avoided.

I just use common sense.

Re: Have you tried any natural treatments that helped you

I have slightly oily skin myself. Plus, it gets sweaty really easily. I DO wash my face at night and use face cream at night, too. Thankfully I don't have acne - I am blessed - but I do get a sweaty face.

I often need to wipe my face with a wet tissue to dry my skin: I hate it.

Re: What are your thoughts on mental health?

Mental health covers all aspects including social, physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. It depends on your mental health, how you can respond to others, your behavioral changes, social interaction, decision-making, etc. Mental health plays a vital role from your childhood to adulthood...
