Keeping cholesterol down

I have high cholesterol levels but eat a relatively healthy diet - I have tried to cut down on the obvious foods to help reduce it (although I don't eat much of them anyway) - i.e. red meat, cakes, biscuits but are there foods that I should try and increase in my diet? Many thanks, Penny

Reflux

I suffer from reflux and can't work out what causes it… are there things that particularly set this off do you think and what foods do you think are good to help with this issue?

Look forward to hearing your thoughts, thanks Beth

The leaflets that come in the box with topical steroids say that they are not to be used for children under 10, but the doctors have prescribed them for a very young child for their facial eczema. It also says not to use it on their face or groin, but the doctor said this is fine. Could you please ...
