Re: Am I alone?

No one's alone: even if they feel they are. Everyone goes through hardship and mental health problems. It is all down to personal perspective. Still, if you're feeling alone - and you are surrounded by people - chances are you need therapy. I can't fix anyone but I can say this: seeing life from a d...

Re: Different ways to reduce the anxiety and depression

Anxiety and depression IS possible to treat. In severe cases it requires psychiatric care. They'd certainly advise doing day-to-day activities: even drawing & painting and creative writing. Once on the road to recovery, increasing activity is strongly advised. Travel IS a good way to deal with a...

Re: How to spring back from hay fever

I used to suffer terrible hayfever in the summer months: I don't anymore, which is strange. It just stopped.

Re: Acne in my 40ys

Re: Reducing the appearance of cellulite!

Cellulite is common: throughout a woman's age, pregnant or not. There ARE ways to reduce the apperance of cellulite but I don't know if there's a scientific way to completely remove it.

Try your best to reduce its appearance and then just accept yourself as you are.
