I had a friend who put on weight when on depo and she too had loads of trouble losing it after. Don't think she has ever got to the same size that she was before hand. I nearly started it because it seemed so convenient but lucky for me i saw what it done to her.

Today would be the start of my 5th week (i think) but i have run out. I think i can see a difference now in that my spots appear to be getting redder since i run out! I have more help on the way and hope it arrives soon. Exercise hasn't been too good recently due to bad weather and me being a wimp! ...

Sorry no tips but i do agree with you. Stress affects my skin a LOT! I also get boil things in my ear and ulcers in my mouth when i'm stressed!
