I think a smear and a check of your cervix is warranted because of the bleeding, and also ask them to refer you for a pelvic ultrasound

hi - it's probably a combination of the PCOS and the natural change that occurs with having a baby. The problem for you is that any treatment- such as a Mirena - that might help is also contraceptive, while at the same time it is hard to predict when you are ovulating due to the irregularity and so ...

It is unlikely to be that particular brand, but more likely to be a general change in your shape over time - none of us are getting any younger!
Fluid retention could be the cause, but with ovulation suppression by the pill, this is less likely.
What about trying Yasmin?

If the polyp was in the endometrium (womb lining) it could be making the periods heavier. I would think about having a hysteroscopy, laparoscopy (to outrule endometriosis) and perhaps a Mirena coil if you felt that was worth a try. Periods often change after certain events... but this is bothering you so I would have your cervix checked out with a smear test and then ask your GP for a transvaginal ultrasound scan. It might be worth going on some form of contraception that supresses your cycle such as the pill, or considering a...

No dont worry - regualr periods usually imply regualr ovulation 14 days before.
WRT the other question - look at it this way: the pill prevented you from loosing a lot of eggs over the years! so you should be fine

Its really unlikely to be from your uterus, and more likely to be from your bladder - I would ask for a referall to a urogynaecologist
