I would recommend you see a doctor about your symptoms, you need to seek a diagnosis and doctors will want to look for various conditions. I would agree with Dr Bungay, a dietitian can be very useful to help you find out what the problem is with foods, you would need to have coeliac disease tested and do need to be eating foods containing gluten to ensure the test is positive please check out the following document http://guidance.nice...

I would strongly advise you not to change your diet before you have at least had a blood test to rule out coeliac disease, you need to be eating foods containing gluten for up to six weeks before a test. Gluten is found in wheat, barley and rye and lots of processed foods and if you stop eating food...
