Re: Ezcema Problems on Feet

The long and short of it is that nothing can heal while it is being scratched. The skin needs 3 weeks of absolutely no scratching to allow it to heal. Steroid creams and moisturiser will help this, but it is eventually no scratching that will heal. Very tough, I know, but essential. Dr Webberley

Hi, if this is truly a reaction to the change in insulin then shouldn't you change again? Have a chat with your diabetic nurse and see if there is an alterantive insulin for you? Dr Webberley

Re: try everythink nothing works

Hi, I agree - you shouldn't have to put up with this. Some eczemas have no cure - we just need to keep a lid on it with treatment. Hi, don't suffer in silence. There are some things that can be tried. Ask your doctor about light therapy, cryotherapy, skinoren, aldara, laser, shave excision. If it is really bad ask to se a dermatologist. I hope this helps, Dr Webberley

Hi, it sounds like seborrhoeic dermatitis. Daktacort cream may be a good thing to try? Google the images of this and see if it seems the same as what you have? Or could you upload a photo here? Dr Webberley

Hi, scabies is highly contagious and if this was contagious then your daughters would have had it by now for sure. It is hard to say what it is but if you have been seen by many doctors and they have not been concerned, there this may just be 'normal for you.' The good thing is thoug, that it doesn'...
