Unfortunately, further surgery may create more adhesions and/or have little benefit in terms of relief. It may be worth seeing a pain specialist.

There may be hormonal reasons for the discomfort, so I would see you GP as it may need estrogen cream

I think try and get back into your usual routine gradually... a bit more each time to build up strength and fitness. If you get pain or tired, stop, rest and try again. In a few months you’ll be back to normal!

It may be ovulation pain, or scar tissue. Ask your GP for an ultrasound and a referral to gynae.

No, you do not, because the cervix was removed.

Sometimes the effect of the procedure wears off after a couple of years. I would ask your GP for an ultrasound of your pelvis to look at the uterus. The bleeding was provoked by the smear, but does that happen after intercourse? If so let your GP know.

We don’t understand the exact cause but it may be familial/genetic. There are no home remedies or diets, but they do respond to progesterone-blocking drugs, so too much estrogen is not usually a factor. Other treatments included surgery embolization.

Its unlikely to be HPV as you say, but the appearance could just be normal... genital skin varies a lot, perhaps ask a supportive female GP or nurse to have a look and reassure you.

Hello, it's not really possible to feel your ovaries through your abdomen. If there's a swelling, ask your GP to examine you.
