Re: Why now?

Hi, I was thinking about what you said and wondering why is it that sleep and stress affect asthma? I understand that asthma affects sleep as i have had many sleepness nights with my asthma but i didn't know it worked the other way round too. Your points were really interesting and made me realise a...

Re: Creatine and Acne

Hi, I haven't heard of creatine but it wouldn't surprise me if it did cause your acne to come back. It seems like whatever we want to do is decided by whether it will make acne worse - hate this condition.

Let us know what you decide to do and if it affects your acne.

Itching and scarring

Hi, I know you are not supposed to pick spots because of scarring but sometimes i can't help it. My spots are often sore or itchy. If i rub them or scratch them i sometimes pull the head off. I didn't even realise i was doing it so much until people were asking why i kept scratching. Obviously it is...

PCOS

I have just read the posts on the contraceptive pill where a doctor has answered the post and suggested getting tested for PCOS. My GP has never suggested this to me and i just wondered if anyone else has had this recommended to them?

Re: Non-comedogenic make-up

I generally use oil free make up. Have you tried the make up range by witch? Or i sometimes use avon's oil free. I haven't tried it but i believe clinique do a good range. I have used their thirst quencher lotion for dry skin as my skin varies between incredibly dry and flaky and oily and yukky. Tha...

Re: Occupational asthma

I asked a question in the online clinic on hay fever and environmental allergies about occupational asthma and they said dust too. Even if there are no carpets etc they still expect a large amount of dust mites to be present. Worth investigating i think.
