Re: Depression

There is so much information online about depression. But nothing can replace firsthand experience. My dad got depression as a younger man: it was a difficult time for him. Re: Hair loss

My sister has suffered severe hairloss. There is no known "cure" for a lack of a better word. You can REDUCE the extent of your hairloss, but you can't completely stop it. However, a healthy diet and vitamin supplements will assist hair growth. I wish there was a cure: my sister would've b...

It is a shame that my hayfever has made a comeback. It is a nightmare and a curse and really ruins the summer months. Because summer is supposed...

Children don't tend to forget: memories can last a lifetime. I don't have children myself but I certainly can un...

That is a LOT to think about and consider.

An extremely well conducted post: you have opened the lid on problems with social media.

Re: Shampoo for Hand Eczema

You'll have to buy a shampoo designed for sensitive skin and eczema-prone skin.

Unfortunately, I don't know any brands off the top of my head. BUT ask your local pharmacist and he/she will have products in stock. You will have to use a specialized shampoo, so I'd do this.

Re: How to Reduce weight

My current goal is to avoid putting on weight: rather than losing it. And I am succeeding. If I can remain a steady weight, then I won't have to reduce weight in future.

A strange concept but it works!
