It would certainly be worth being seen about this--ask your GP to refer you to a gynaecologist. This should be fixable and is unlikely to cause problems in the future.

It is very unlikely to cause a miscarriage. You should have a vaginal swab taken during pregnancy and if Strep B is present, you would be offered antibiotics during labour, to reduce the risk of the baby picking up the infection during birth.

If the symptoms are under control, there would be no need to have a hysterectomy. Often endometriosis can reduce with pregnancy, contraceptive pill use or some other hormonal medications. No need to have major surgery if not necessary.
