Recovery
Hi, Diagnosed with SIBO and iGA gliadin, and a number of IgG food intolerances. Itching with food has got worse with SIBO - some itching with all food. Once SIBO resolved, will my itching improve naturally? Or will I need some additional form of treatment? I've been avoiding the worst foods for many...

SIBO and allergies
Diagnosed with SIBO, and also IgA gliadin (gluten, oats) and IgG including rice, olive, sunflower. Q1. I avoid these foods, but for the occasions when I cant, which is worst to eat: the gluten/oats or IgG (that gluten free labelled foods often contain)? Q2. With SIBO worsening, my itching has increa...

Milia
Hi. One milia on chin won't go away after over a year. Picked at it a lot, but tried leaving it alone / tea tree oil / retinol cream. Ignore it now?!

Restless Legs Syndrome
Hi. I have RLS. This has eased with increasing my iron levels (recommended by a specialist). However, since reaching the recommended iron levels and stopping the tablets, my symptoms are returning a bit. This can affect my sleep. Do you know whether there's any research that there's a psychological ...

Forehead milia
Hi. I get regular milia on my forehead, particularly on the right side, and in the hairline. Do you know what this area means? I find retinol cream (off the shelf) keeps them at bay. Is this the best solution?

Lash and brow growth
Hi,
Do you have any recommended products for strengthening and re-growing lashes and brows that have sparse patches from being pulled out? Tried lash serums but, although strengthened, they are extremely slow if at all to grow back.

Re: Motivation
Thank you, that's helpful, I'm feeling inspired! I find that refined sugar is quite addictive, and there is also a psychological link with past experience of treats and positive experiences being chocolate, cake etc. But I will try and break that cycle. However I'm hoping that I will eventually be a...

Motivation
I'm supposed to avoid certain foods due to intolerances, autoimmune thyroid, and gut/digestive issues. For the most part I manage this, but I do sometimes give into cravings for sweet things, partly due to low mood / low cortisol = comfort eating. This means I don't get properly better. But I really...

Spot won't go away
Hi. I currently have a big whitehead by my eyebrow that I can't seem to get rid of with my usual teatree oil once a day. I've had it for over 2 weeks. It may be hormone related as my hormones have been out of balance. I have a history of acne, but not particularly bad now. Are there any other home r...
