Holiday soon - how can I prevent spread

On behalf of Kelly:
I was diagnosed with vitiligo about 4 months ago. Until now i've not spent much time outside but i have a holiday coming up. Can i spend any time in the sun or will i have to cover up to make sure my vitiligo doesn't spread? If so how much time can i spend in the sun?

Varicose eczema

I have varicose eczema and have been told to put 'makeup' on to cover the 'rash' I have on the bottom of my leg. Is there anything else I can do to hide the rash please?
