Question for you - why remove the coil rather than replace it? if you do go on to need HRT then the mirena ...

Re: PCOS

1: No the cyst is very small and could be normal transient ovulatory activity at that size. PCOS does not cause pain. 2: Metformin may help to regulate the cycle and it can be taken alongside other medical treatments. Its main side effects are low blood sugar and stomach upset. Re: Fibroids

There are several treatments for fibroids including medical (hormonal or not), radiological (focussed ultrasound or embolization) and surgical (transcervical, keyhole and open surgery) methods.
The recovery for the three operations is 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks and 4-6 weeks respectively.

Yes there is the potential to use estrogem cream alongside dilator therapy - I would ask for a referral back to your gynaecological oncology service.

There is no relationship between the two, and another painkiller possibly worth trying is dexketoprofen.

Re: Menopause & receding gums / gum disease

Well, we're the gynaecologists, so we'd be interested to hear what the dentist has to say. Your oral symptoms are not typical for the menopause and many other systemic diseases/deficiencies can manifest as mouth symptoms so a more general chat with your GP is required, perhaps with at least a full b...

Re: The period rollercoaster

I would ask your GP to refer you for a pelvic ultrasound scan as well as some bloods (FSH, LH, Estrogen etc, perhaps thyroid function) during days 2-5 of your cycle.
