I assume The Body Shop sells Tea Tree Oil products. It has antiseptic properties and can be used to treat spots and acne. I would certainly look into using Tea Tree Oil if you're prone to acne. Again, the Body Shop should sell these skincare products.

My brother had eczema growing up. It is gone now, so yes: it IS possible to get rid of the skin condition. However, it may take years of using a medicated skin cream to do so.

Still, there is hope and modern creams work wonders.

Liposuction is a valid weight loss treatment if you've got the money. You will need to stick to a decent food eating diet too, though. I assume most cosmetic surgeons are well trained and know their job. When this is the case it is a safer treatment. But you do want to make sure your surgeon is lice...
