Re: Best Tips to Reduce Depression and Anxiety

I agree with you, Tyler Gavin. In fact, I have used the same steps when I've become depressed: and they worked!

Except in extreme cases, these tips will vastly help others.

Re: Question about congestion

Patricia96: I am glad you've mentioned the dangers of long term nasal spray use: I hadn't realized. I don't really know what advice to offer, but what you're going through, Patricia96, I sympathise with. And I hope people take stock from your post: because you have the experience in which to advise ...

Re: Hives or eczema? Pollen is killing me!

I think you've got hives. I got hives as a kid, from rolling directly on the grass. The pollen must've gotten into my skin and caused severe hives. It was incredibly itchy. I had camomile used on my skin and this greatly reduced the itching and soothed my skin. Basically, don't get any grass or plan...

Re: STARTED AS SMALL RASH IN DEC NOW SPREAD ALL OVER

Marcie Mom has advice I'd take. My skin became like that months ago, when I had contact with bleach. I now cannot even go near a single drop of bleach without a red flare-up. There was a tiny amount of bleach in my bathroom sink: my skin immediately became red and sore. I now won't go near the stuff...

Re: How to get back your hair without getting surgery treatment?

My sister has suffered severe hair loss: and has not found any way to make it grow back. I have also thinning hair, and have no clue as to how to grow it back. Now I do wash my hair everyday but I don't severely brush it. I have decided that if it gets too thin I shall have my hair cut into a crop. ...

Re: Deep breathing exercises for mental health?

I have heard of this. It works for some people, it doesn't work for other people. But I'd happily try it: it is a therapy that must work, or no one would do it. I am no expert, but I would definitely give it a go. Again, it must work on some level: or no one would teach it. I do also think it is par...

Re: essential oils and acne

naturenaturalindia is right: I'd take her advice.

Because essential oils are a great skin healer. The right ones will do wonders for your skin. And do remember to be gentle with your skin.

Re: What Do I Say To A Friend With Anxiety?

I can relate, Patricia96: years ago, I went through the same. I just separated myself from everyone until I felt better. I needed that time alone.

Emotions are hard to deal with sometimes and we all need our alone-time. True friends and a loving family will understand and always be there.
