mental health support

My partner is hugely low after having a prostate operation I have no idea how to start helping him. It was easy when there were physical things to help him with after the surgery but now as he gets better and stronger his mental health is rapidly declining - any help welcome.

post-surgery incontinence

Having had surgery a while ago, my husband is still finding that he leaks urine. How long would you expect this to last after surgery? Can I have some tips on how to have a skin-care routine that is HS-friendly please? I know it's super important to have a daily skin routine, but I don't want to do anything might irritate my skin.
Thank you in advance

triggers and prevention

I have recently been diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa, so I'm still trying to figure out the things that make it worse for me. Can I have any advice on potential triggers that I may need to look out for? And what can I do to prevent it from flaring up?
