depo provera

Hi there.
I have been using the contraception injection depo provera for 15+ years now. Does this cause osteoporosis, I have arthritis and psoriasis. Currently im stuck in bed because im getting severe hip pain and I’m worried that this might be as a result of having the depo injection. I have to wait until the 24th March before they can fit me in for an X-Ray.
