Is there proven evidence that a uterine scratch prior to implantation of an ivf egg increases the chances of pregnancy?

Dear Barbara

Yes. There is some evidence that endometrial scratch in women who had previous iVF implantation failure will improve success. However for the first IVF cycle, the evidence is still not there and under research
