Hi

Could you please provide information about signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer.

Could you also tel me about perscentage rates in decline in fertility as you age for example how fertile would a 25 year old generally be (with no major health issues that could impact on fertility) versus some who is 30 someone who is 40 etc.

I'm 43 nearly 44 and am wonedring where I might be in terms of fertility.

Always there is a hope

Ovaries do age like all our organs but the good thing is our tests we do are not always accurate. sometimes in a good way

I suggest you do the following

Day 2 FSH (of your period) and AMH these will give you an assessment of ovarian reserve. If you tried for over a year and no pregnancy, think of IVF to give you highest chance of success
