Lack of menstruation
Is it possible that sudden changes in temperature ( from 12C to 37C ) can affect menstruation? I lost my periods after we went in holiday last April to a tropical country.

Hello
Any shock to the system can upset your periods, stress, poor health etc so I suppose it could be possible. Might be worth having a quick ultrasound scan and some simple blood tests just to rule out any other causes such as an ovarian cyst, PCO, menopause or a pituitary issue.
