Lack of radiance
is there anything to stop my skin looking dull and grey?

There are a number of skincare ingredients you may wish to try and incorporate into your skincare routine to "brighten" appearance - although not all at the same time!
Consider skincare products such as face washes/creams/toners containing:
1. Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)
2. Alpha hydroxy acids (e.g. lactic acid, glycolic acid, mandelic acid)
3. Azelaic acid
4. Retinols
Ideally you need to use these agents for at least 6-12 weeks to see benefit. I would not recommend use of all of these ingredients at the same time and for further tailored advice to your specific skin type it is best to discuss with a dermatologist who can see your skin and make a plan.
