I have horrible brown patches on my skin and wonder how best to disguise them. My skin is dull and I also
have terrible eye bags. Help!

There are a number of causes of brown spots on the skin, but it sounds as if you are referring to solar lentigos (sun spots) or seborrhoeic keratoses. You should use a moisturiser containing SPF 30, which may help to prevent the formation of further sun spots. The spots can be disguised using cosmetic camouflage (e.g. dermablend).

Regarding the eye bags, please see my response to the post on "puffy eyes".
