Re: older skin

A multi-pronged approach is required to tackle wrinkles and for prevention. There are 4 key ingredients that you should use as part of your daily skincare regime so look for products that contain these:
SPF of 30 plus (UVA and UVB) eg in face cream
Topical vitamin C eg serum
Retinoid eg retinol eg in face cream
Hyaluronic acid eg in serum or face cream
Botox and fillers might be helpful too, but advice should be sought from a professional such as a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon as every case is different.

I hope that this simple advice is helpful

Re: older skin

I completely agree with Dr Singh,

although personally I would suggest to go all the way to sunscreen SPF50 on the face and neck.

I hope this is helpful.
