Can eczema cause urinary tract infections
My son suffers from eczema and always gets urinary infection. Is there anything i can do to make it better.
I occasionally give him a little bit of cranberry juice to drink to make it better. He has also hayfever and he takes Piriton to treat his allergies. He got nut allergy and cannot eat legumes, chickpeas and lentils.
Can you advice what he need to eat and drink because of his allergies.
Thank you

Re: Can eczema cause urinary tract infections
Thank you for your question - given your son's allergy history I don't think it would be appropriate for me to comment on what foods he can take and this really needs to be pursued further with your GP and the paediatrician or dermatologist whoever is looking after his eczema. They also need to be informed of the fact that he has had a few urinary tract infections, so that this can be taken into consideration with regards to your sons overall management.
