Can changing your diet help stop UTI's
I was wondering if there are any changes I can make to my diet to help stop getting UTIs? I've heard about cranberry juice, are there any foods that are good for this, or would reducing caffeine help? Jenny

Cranberry juice can help with symptoms of urinary tract infection but will not stop the infections specifically.
Changing the pH of the urine by drinking lemon juice (typically freshly squeezed lemon juice in water) may help. The key is good fluid hydration, aiming to keep the urine a straw colour as UTIs often occur due to dehydration.
