This is embarrassing, but I need to know why I had this. This morning I masturbated with a dildo, and after I took a bath (while taking a bath I used the shower down there to take a bath, and a sensitive area down there shot with pain. I stopped and it went away, but when I got out of the shower I felt sick, my heart was palpitating, I felt weak and shaky, I was a little bit dizzy and I sweat a little bit. I sat down and after a while it got better, but I am worried. I have anxiety so I often get heart palpatations, but not all the time.
I forgot to mention, my heart of and on palpitated like once and hurt but it went away after that throughout the day. I'm fine now.
Do I need to worry about this?
