Hi,
I’m a 26 year old student from wales . I have been suffering from physical anhedonia for the last couple of months . I cant feel pleasure from head massage , drinking a cup of tea or showering .
I also have sexual anhedonia . I’m unable to feel pleasure from sex or orgasm. I cant feel pleasure from physical touch so it’s very hard to relax and enjoy sex .
I feel quite distressed by this . I am only 26 and already my sex life is over . I don’t want a boyfriend as I will end up resenting them if I can’t have pleasure from sex. I just feel cheated- its very unfair
In the past I have been taken advantage of / abused sexually so I feel it even more strongly - the men who took advantage of me could feel pleasure so why can’t I ?
