Crusty left nipple! Is this normal?

Hi. I had a baby 8 month ago.
My nipple has a crusty yellow area on it. I can never see any discharge coming from it just the crust it leaves.
I have been to the breast clinic who gave me an ultrasound and said everything was fine.
Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced just ONE nipple crusting?
If so what creams did you use to get rid of it?
It’s also flatter than the right. Is this normal too!?

As I can see, no one has responded, so maybe it would be better to go and see the doctor
