This problem may be occur with anybody.You have to keep doing light exercises.

Eat a wee bit less but burn a little bit more, and be constant... do so every day while not overdoing it however, keep on gradually, perhaps 5 years.
It's a long term project, unwanted weight has to go as slowly as it was accumulated.

when i'm feeling fat i always use green tea and Middle Eastern Rice Salad for diet. After some days am feeling well

use lit diet and eat much fruits..... what you mean ? plz explain it

Try consuming a little bit less then burn a little bit more, and be constant, practice it every day without overdoing it but keep doing over time, potentially 2 years. This is a long term project, body mass has to go as slowly as it was accumulated.
