Large Labia Minora

Hi There,

My labia minora are very large and causing me a lot of pain. Also, everytime i have sex i have to hold them open which makes the experience with my partner a lot less enjoyable as i am always worrying. I was just wondering if the labiaplasty procedure would be able to be done on the nhs? i dont have the money to get it done privately and its really getting me down. Thanks
