Pid? Incomplete miscarriage?

Ok I become pregnant in early May 2018, I had an incomplete misscarry in june (due to a fall) that went unchecked until end of August. I had a can while bleeding which they said was clear) In the last 6 months I have had increasing pain and was diagnosed with pid mid October and herpes v1 (otherwise clear std screen). I have undergone 1 and a half rounds of antibiotics for the pid with worsening pain, need for frequent urination, weakness and intermittent fevers. Could the transvaginal scan have missed some remaining tissue? Could it be Cervicitis? Or something else?
