tips to sleep properly after the delivery

"Hey,

I'm new to this forum. I have a younger sister. She is staying with our parents at their house in Toronto. For the past six months, she was on maternity leave. After leave period, she rejoined her work last week. Now the baby is just four months old. When she was there the baby used to sleep well both during the day and night hours.

Things changed when she started going for the job. The child wakes up from sleep and cries for no reason most of the time. We need someone to take care of the child. So she extended her leave and looking after the child. She hired a maid to look after the cleaning services of home.
Now, the main problem is, she is not able to sleep properly. She had tried different methods like:
1. Stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends.
2. Practice a relaxing bedtime ritual.
3. If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon.
4. Exercise daily.
5. Evaluate your room.
6.Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows.
If you have got some other more tips, share it with us.
Thank You!

Use the big pads – and change them as needed. Take that shower! You've earned it. Wear the mesh hospital/granny panties so that your pad stays in place.
