pain after orgasms?

I won't put my site here as I would like my post approved, but was wondering if other women experience pain after orgasms? Feels like the worst cramps of you life?
I suffer from this and it affect my sleep as I often have orgasms from dreams. I am deperately trying to help other women and research this more. When going online, there seems to be thousands of women with my problem with not many answers.
