Using soap as a lubricant

Hello. So for probably about 3 years I was using soaps and sometimes even shampoo as a lubricant when having my own ‘personal time’. This was probably between 2-7 times a week. Recently I discovered how bad it is. Throughout this time I noticed quite a bad smelling oder and unusually discharge. Was wondering if I just don’t do it anymore, how long will it take for everything to return back to normal?

Re: Using soap as a lubricant

Hello! Most likely, your microflora is disturbed, it is important to maintain the acid-base balance, if you used ordinary soap, it becomes more alkaline, which causes problems. Consult a doctor and he will advise you on the right remedies. Have a nice day!
