Any idea what this lump is? Very worried

Hello, I've noticed something just at the opening of my vagina, I don't know if it's always been there and I've never noticed or it's something new? I was putting a tampon in and it just felt odd so had a look.

Bit of background. I'm 36 and was in a relationship with my partner for 10 years. We split up about 4 months ago, I started seeing someone mid October, we were careful at first then I went on the pill. He has come out of a 7 year relationship in June, no other partners, both our exes were faithful as far as we know.
