Sharp Pain During Sex

I was with my husband a few days ago and I felt a sharp pain on my right side (internally). It knocked the window out of me. I still have the pain on my right side and it feels like a pull muscle.
I saw my OB the day or so after (for my yearly and I didn't bring it up my mistake I know) but he didn't say anything looked odd and when he pushed nothing hurt.
What happened? I've had this pain before too same side and all.
