Anyone going through something similar?

Hi, I'm new here. I'm looking for women going through the something similar

Before I had my kids i would spot like a light period between periods every month. In 2017 they found one uterine polyp. It was 1.4 cm then went down to 1.3cm. Now so far on this years transvaginal ultrasound there is a potential polyp about 0.6mm but it could be different size once i get a sonohysterogram again. Hopefully it shrinks more or it goes away. Last year we actually thought it did go away but this years picked something up. I honestly think it was missed last year.

My mom had precancer in her cervix and uterus removed very recently. I'm abit anxious now at just leaving it like i have all these years regardless of how super small it is it seems to be now.

If my uterine polyp is still there by time I see a gynecologist again(I'm on a 6-12 mth wait list), I'm debating on getting a hysteroscopy to get it removed. I don't want general or sedation..because I'm just chicken and get huge anxiety over it. (Even though I had 3 surgeries). Local anesthesia i heard hurts bad so i don't want that either. I have read you can get epidural or spinal or a combo of both. So im hoping I can get that because my epidurals with each birth was pretty easy(regardless that they hint bone my second time and it did hurt more then my first epidural. I rather go through a shot in the back).

Anyone have a case like mine? Do you know a gynecologist in Ontario Canada that will use a epidural or spinal for the procedure? How was it if you had hysteroscopy with epidural/spinal?
