cyst on ovaries

Hi I need some help, I have a 5cm cyst on my right ovary which is now twisting. The hospital that I went to would not do anything to help me, I am in pain all day everyday waking hunched over as I cant stand up straight and I am unable to do my job as it is mainly physical. I am unsure of what to do next! will I be able to go on sick with this until I am able to get myself sorted is this the best option for me and for my job?

I have to always have something warm to hand to put on my tummy as it eases the pain I take painkillers but they don't tend to help me. I have had the same thing just before Christmas and I am worried that it will effect my chances of having children.

please can anyone give me advice as I am in pain, scared, stressed and worried.
