Bug bite?

Hi, so I recently got a weird rash/bug bite type thing right next to my nipple almost looks a tiny bit like scabies but I know it’s not.... when squeezed clear comes out. When it itches, it’s EXTREMELY itchy... not constantly itchy though
I’m just wondering if anyone else has had something like this and what it was...
