Re: Hot Flushes
I suffer from hot flushes both day and night, I find that the menopace from viabiotics range helps me.

i find if i drink green tea in the day it does help with hot flushesjopitcairn wrote:Do you suffer from hot flushes?
Are they mild or totally incapacitating.
Do you sweat much with them
Do you go red? Is this embarrassing?
Do they last a few seconds or much longer?
Do they occur during the day or at night, or both.
Do you manage to sleep?
Do you get Palpitations with them?.
What have you found that helps?
Re: Hot Flushes
Ive been having awful flushes, my skin seems to exude grease.... very attractive!
Re: Hot Flushes
I've been having them for a while now, especially at work - no windows or air con and a thousand people work in the place so you can guess how hot and stuffy it is. Not taking anything for them yet though. Been having lot more headaches since the menopause started though - on the whole I prefer the hot flushes.

My mother's hot flashes typically occur at night. She blasts the fan and ac because she said something is burning inside her. She's also irritable but quite manageable. What we do? We help her with house chores that she usually does to lighten daily activities. She's also taking journaling and chamomile tea.

Have you tried chamomile tea and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
