Evening Primrose
Hi
I have been taking Evening Primrose (1000mg capsule every day) for several months now. I had been suffering from very painful breasts. It took 2-3 months to get into the system but it really does work. I don't have any pain in the breasts now at all. That's one less physical side effect of the menopause to worry about plus my GP gave me the go ahead to try Evening Primrose. Does anyone know how good Evening Primrose is at tackling some of the mental side effects of menopause (e.g. anxiety, insomnia). I would love to find out more!
