Clumsiness

Please tell me there is someone else out there that has clumsiness as a menipausal symptom.
I can't count the number of jars I have smashed on the floor as I get something out of a cupboard.
My supply of raisins and porridge is severely depleted as I open containers and spill contents over the floor.
I used to have really good spacial awareness, but now I have a permanently bruised shoulder from bumping into door frames.
I have never seen clumsiness listed as a menopausal symptom, so I am feeling very alone in this.

Re: Clumsiness

Hi this is a symptom for me too so don't worry there is two of us now. In fact I have always been a bit clumsy during period time any way so for me it is not different: I am hoping that I shall stop being clumsy.

Re: Clumsiness

I am also now very clumsy - most distressing.I had put it down to old age so it's good to know that I'm not going senile. I was on HRT for 12 years until my doctor here in Spain withdrew my prescription. Since then I have suffered every conceivable effect of this drastic action. Multiply this by 100 and you will understand how I am suffering. Can someone please help me. I take soy Isoflavin (triple dose) tablets, drink soy milk and take sage tablets (triple dose). This helps in the Winter but the Summer is horrendous.

Re: Clumsiness

Hi Doreen - do you come back to the UK at all? Just wondering if it's worth you seeing your/a UK doctor?
