i find if i drink green tea in the day it does help with hot flushesjopitcairn wrote:Do you suffer from hot flushes?
Are they mild or totally incapacitating.
Do you sweat much with them
Do you go red? Is this embarrassing?
Do they last a few seconds or much longer?
Do they occur during the day or at night, or both.
Do you manage to sleep?
Do you get Palpitations with them?.
What have you found that helps?
I've been having them for a while now, especially at work - no windows or air con and a thousand people work in the place so you can guess how hot and stuffy it is. Not taking anything for them yet though. Been having lot more headaches since the menopause started though - on the whole I prefer the hot flushes.
Strangely I have been suffering from hot flushes and chills for over ten years now, especially at night. Tried everything but no good results. Now I take Bio Identical HRT cream but still get flushes! Does anyone use these and found them of any help or of no help at all please? My DHEAS is low in my blood tests? Is anyone taking DHEAS and found it of any help please?
